REQSpot

This place takes requests

Your crowd picks the soundtrack. The tips stay in the house.

Guests scan the badge on the table, pick a track and put money on it. Your staff calls it from the tablet — accept or decline in one tap.

Declined = no charge.

How it works

One badge. Two sides.

Guests request from their phones. Staff decides from the tablet. Nothing to install on either side.

The guest sidePhone
  1. 01

    Scan the QR

The badge on the table opens the request page. No app, no account, no signup.

  2. 02

Pick a song, tip what you want

Search any track, set your tip. The card gets a hold — not a charge.

  3. 03

    Staff decides

Accepted = the song is coming and the tip goes through. Declined = no charge.

  1. 01

    Badge on the table

Print the QR kit, drop it where people sit. That is the whole install.

  2. 02

    Requests land on your tablet

Song, tip, who is asking. Accept or decline in one tap — you run the room.

  3. 03

    Play it on YOUR platform

The deep link opens the track on Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer — whatever you already use.

Straight up

No streaming API. No hacks.

Your venue plays music on its own platform, with its own subscription — REQ Spot just carries the request (and the tip).

Pricing

One rate. Nothing else.

20%

per accepted tip.

No subscription. No setup fee. No hardware. Declined or expired = the guest isn't charged — and we take nothing. You keep 80% of every tip.

FAQ

Quick answers.

01Do I need hardware?

A tablet — or any screen with a browser — for the request feed. The table badge is a printout. That is the whole rig.

02What does it play on?

Any platform. Accepted requests open as deep links on Spotify, Apple Music or Deezer — your account, your subscription, your speakers.

03Who decides what gets played?

Your staff. Always. Every request waits for a human yes or no — and your blacklist blocks the songs you are done hearing.

04When does the guest pay?

Only if the request is accepted. Until then it is a hold on the card. Declined or expired = the hold is released, nothing charged.

05How long does setup take?

About 10 minutes: create your venue, run Stripe onboarding, print the QR kit. First request can land the same night.
